Mike has spent more than 30 years in the construction industry, first learning the trade hands on while working alongside builders throughout high school and college. After earning his degree from the University of Delaware, he spent 14 years managing environmental consulting projects, overseeing complex hazardous waste site cleanups that demanded careful planning, accountability, and attention to detail.
In 2004, Mike returned to the work he loved most and founded Graybill Custom Builders.
Today, he brings that same level of professionalism and craftsmanship to every project, whether it’s a custom home, addition, renovation, or remodeling project. His approach is straightforward: communicate clearly, do quality work, and treat every home with the same care and respect he would expect for his own.
